This place was off the hook good. You really will get your sushi fix. I typically eat sashimi two or three times a week. I have... eaten at some of the best restaurants in the United States. This place is incredible. Everything is fresh and perfectly made.They also have fresh wasabi tuber, which I have only seen in one of the restaurant in all my travels. The wait staff isattentive. The Itamae (??) was unbelievable. What perfection in making sushi rolls and sashimi. The saki flight was perfect. Ican’t say enough good things about this place. The desert was a lobster and Kobe beef hand roll. What a pleasant surprise tofind it across the street from my hotel (Hotel landing, Minnesota). Read more
I got the squid for appetizer and it was 3/5. Squid was chewable and it has a great texture. I did not enjoy the saltiness of... the squid. The sauce was a bit too salty and that goes also for the stuffing inside. The chicken teriyaki was 5/5. The saucewas perfect with the sweetness and I could taste the butter with the sautéed vegetable. The chicken was soft and easy toeat. I've had sushi a lot of places, this is top 3 best I've ever had! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. We sat at the bar & the bar... tender was awesome!
