Waited at the entrance for 15 minutes before they acknowledge us. We were seated for 30 minutes and no one even came to ask us... what we wanted to drink. This is our second visit where we left with no food. The last time was burnt cornbread and rudeservice. Read more
I used to LOVE the food here but this place has really gone downhill. The staff tries their best to give you good service even... though they are limited on servers. We went a few days ago and I got my usual GRILLED Cobb salad (which has always been myfavorite there) and they brought out my salad with BOILED chicken on top. Crystal made my time here very enjoyable! She was very polite, pleasant, and provided a home like feel. She was very attentive,... and I never had to chase her down to get rolls nor refills.She also handled some loud disrespectful customers sitting behind usvery politely, and showed no hostility towards them. The worst restaurant experience I?ve ever had. I had a to go order. I arrived when it was supposed to be picked up. They told me... it would just be a few more minutes. After waiting about 15 minutes and nothing, I asked them to check on it. Come to find outthey never actually started making the order. At this point I had already been here for 40 minutes (not even kidding) and myorder was never even cooked. So instead of them actually checkingon my order they just kept telling me it was almost ready whenit was never even started. So after waiting almost an hour for my food, the manager comes out and instead of trying to make itright or give me a discount or something for the inconvenience, he made it seem like it wasn?t a big deal. I will not be comingback here ever again. I could?ve came in, sat down, ordered my food and ate in the time I had to wait for a to go order!Absolutely worst customer service ever! Read more
