Four of us ate in together and they brought out only 2 of our meals at a time. The other 2 of us waited at least 30 minutes for... ours. We would have liked to have eaten together but instead the ones with food eventually just ate it cold when we were STILLwaiting for the rest. Cupcake pancakes came out plain with only icing (see pics for what I got versus IHOP's pic) and they STILLupcharged me for it without addressing the fact that what is pictured is not what I had ordered. Hash browns tasted like burntgrease and coated my mouth with oil. The bacon was just chewy fat. Any decent manager wouldn't have charged us at all. Anabsolute disaster of a meal. Read more

Pretty good breakfast. Sirloin tips and eggs are great. One thing I'm not understanding... a restaurant with pancakes in the... name should probably have the best pancakes around. That's not the case. They're ok, but a bit rubbery. Read more
It is so sad that people don't want to work. Some people will take a job and don't show or call in at the drop of a hat. The... staff worked very hard to try to accommodate the customers. Joe was great helping out in the dining room in addition tocooking, as there was only one waitress on duty. I strive to be patient under these circumstances. Love IHOP. Read more

Absolutely rated a zero on front hostess. The first person you see, or wait on (literally, as she wasn?t up there for at least... 10 minutes) when you step inside is a incompetent employee. She is rude, nasty, and throws menus around. Apparently dislikes herjob, and would be more pleasant for all if she found a new one. Finally seated and was planning to order the pumpkin spicepancakes that are back, but they apparently didn?t like the hostess either as they are out.
