Just went back with a large group and what a great place food is amazingly good hot fresh so welcoming when you walk in the... staff is so great helpfull nice great atmosphere .the wait staff all worked together to handle our group and did a fantastic job.The old steakhouse is back !!!! But not for steak and that's a good thing !!! For pizza and it's the best pizza in town now!!!! The menu is short and sweet but enough to choose from, if you don't want pizza ,and the deserts are great too, theatmosphere is great the bar area is large and spacious and a nice comfortable vibe ,the dining area is big and wide open withthe large windows and the big wood fired oven is just cool to look at and it just feels right having a seat in the dining roomto eat .the wait staff very friendly and nice and very knowledgeable of the menu, try the pizza and you won't be disappointed ,Ihave lived in the area nearly 50 years and the lodge has had its ups and downs ,but the lodge is back and better then ever ,would highly recommend the lodge .
