I understand that when you order donuts in the evening, they will not be as fresh as in the morning. The new coffee cup lids are horrible. They don't let the coffee through in a smooth manner because the small hole in the lid for... atmospheric pressure to work and let the coffee flow is plugged up and covered by some plastic clasp that comes loose and hitsyou on the nose everytime you try to take sip, causing the hot contents to dribble down the cup and on to your clothes. Twice in the last week I have ordered a medium black cold brew coffee and received a very bitter iced coffee that was obviously... not a cold brew. Went to get a signature latte didn't think to check before driving off. When I go to the place I opened the coffee was half way... full no whip cream and it was nasty.
