My family loves this restaurant. We have had the crispy chicken dumplings, triangle puff, FRESH spring rolls, pad Thai... w/chicken, and pineapple curry w/shrimp. So good. Everything we?ve tried has been so good. Fresh spring rolls are one of myfavorite things and I can?t usually find them so this was a huge treat. I recommend this Thai restaurant very much. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Having lived in Thailand for 7... years I can tell you this is authentic Thai food. The chef is Thai. I had the red curry and my wife had the laab issan. Bothwere amazing. I also got a Thai tea with milk. It was also very authentic. We enjoyed a dinner for two at the Bistro on 8/9/22. We started out with Shrimp in a Blanket (delicious) and then Prik Pow with... beef and Pineapple Fried Rice with chicken. Absolutely delicious.
