They don't know how to make ice cream here don't go here the service is horrible they rush the process on mixing the ice cream... and they don't keep the ice cream cold enough they sold us melted ice cream I wanted my money back but they didn't wanna give memy refund. We were here Wed Aug 3rd @ 9:50. We walk in & planned to order our kids ice cream to go but were immediately met with a rude... employee who stopped us as we're walking to the ice cream to say um we close at 10...So I look at the time & tell her well it's9:50 are you going to be able to serve us?..The rude employee looks at us with disgust & says UGH I guess. She served us 3 icecream with attitude & eyerolls. My son asked for toppings on his & she continued with the eye rolling & says UGH & making gruntsthe entire time! She should've stayed HOME if she doesn't like her job!! We will never be back to this location because of therude customer service! Please do better when hiring employees! Don?t go here. Took my partner for a quick treat before catching a movie and; the guy looked at us through the glass and kept... cleaning as we tried to enter. Did not wash his hands prior to scooping out selections. While making our selections he tapped onthe inside of the freezer and knocked ice into some of the ice cream. When scooping our mix-ins he used the same scoop for 3different toppings which is a major allergy concern. We also noticed the mixing slab had not been wiped down so I got a coupleunwanted bonus flavors in my ice cream. There were a few health code violations and I?d be concerned for anyone with foodallergies or sensitivities. Read more
