If you?re going to charge $5 for a bagel with cream cheese, can you please get a working toaster? I probably stop in once a... month and they?ve had a working toaster on about 2 occasions. I hate to leave this review because the food is good. Unfortunately, you never have any idea when they will close everything... down. We?ve shown up at least 3 or 4 times two+ hours before they are supposed to close and they will rudely tell you that the?grills are off and toaster is broken?. I?ve asked multiple times when we have to get there so that the grill or toaster willbe on. The next time, we?ll get there at that time and still be told it?s off?and instead it being the slightest bitapologetic, they act like it?s our fault. We got there today at 12:30pm and they close at 3pm?still no luck and we caught anattitude from the lady behind the counter. We?re done and will not be back. Read more
I made an order of 15 bagels and somehow 2 were missed. Not a big deal, I just called to let them know hoping I could come in... later to grab them. They asked ?who helped you? over the phone and I said I don?t know but I can tell you what I ordered. Theyasked exactly when I could come in and I said it would be later because I?m staying at a place 20 min away and have 2 smallkids. They said ok just come in, I asked what the lady?s name was she said Stacy. My mom happened to be passing by the areaabout 15 minutes later so I asked if she could just pick up for me. She agreed and went in. They again started questioning whatthe persons name was that helped me. I told her I don?t know but the person on the phone was Stacy. Stacy proceeded to say shecouldn?t help without knowing who I purchased from. At this point I said ?I don?t know, do you guys offer your name every timeyou do an order that I?m supposed to rememeber?! 2 bagels were missed can we just get the missing 2 bagels and move on?? Sheproceeded to say I cussed at her and pass the 2 bagels. Unfortunately the other bagels were hard and not all that good so Iwill never be coming back to this place. Not great. At first I was a little surprised by the $15 price tag for a lox sandwich. Then I was disappointed at the product.... Too much cream cheese. Could barely taste anything else and I scooped some of it off. Tomato was lacking as was the onions.Bagel wasn't great either. Oh and unbeknownst to me they charged me an extra 3% because I used my card. Utter disapointment. Read more

Being a local bagel place you would assume you would get great but was not super impressed. Feel they should improve coffee... quality. For same price you can get much better cofee nearby. Read more
