After waiting an hour we called to check on the progress of the delivery. We were told they were down to one driver. The food... showed up two hours later with cold pizza and a warm drink. Still, they charged their $5.00 delivery fee and pocketed a tip. Ifthey cannot perform delivery, then do not offer the service. Just say ?pick up? only, and a customer can make a better decisionbefore spending $50.00 I cannot stress enough the dreadfulness of the way this was handled. Ordered $60.00 worth of food for delivery only to open my order and see no sauces in any of the boxes not only the ones that... come with what you order but the one's that I also added to the order that I have to pay extra for called the store they sent mealot of sauces but by the time they showed up with the sauces we were almost done with our food so I guess a plus and a coupleminuses for Papa John's. I had a pizza from here 2 years ago. I still think about it. How they messed up a half mushroom half pepperoni is one thing.... They actually made 1.5 slices mushrooms and the rest pepperoni. They also made slices so inaccurate the pizza had some slicesbeing 1/4of the pizza. The service was too slow as well. Read more
