My wife and I stopped here for dinner after a long day of hiking. We were returning from Timberline Lodge, a lot of restaurants... in the area were already closed, and we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes before finding a place to eat. With 4.5 stars onGoogle, we thought it could'nt be too bad! We should've known better, however, when the lettering beneath their sign said,"hiring PM cook". I ordered the Fish and Chips, which was extremely greasy and consisted of tasteless, chewy cod, and my wifeordered the Pesto Fettuccine Alfredo, which was also bland with grisly pieces of chicken. The staff was friendly, and even tookthe pasta off our bill, but overall the food was not worth stopping (or paying) for, even if you're super hungry like we were.Better to eat a few more snacks and wait until the next town! P.S. Because I always like to know, ZigZag Inn serves Coke, notPepsi. Read more

Fantastic food and fantastic prices. Best restaurant in three weeks in the USA. Don?t try the large pizza unless you have a... group of friends with you? The history of this place is really cool. Don?t forget their shop and take a look at the other sideof the street. Read more

First off, don't let my negative experience discourage you from eating there, just learn from my mistake. The pizza was... excellent, the best I've had in a few years. We went in with our 9 year old. We had a kid's menu at the table. I pointed at thekid's menu as I ordered. When his chicken strips came out there were more than I expected, but two of them were small so Ithought they gave us two small ones in place of one normal one. When the check came out I discovered they had given him an adultchicken strips basket and adult drink, so instead of his meal with a drink being $4.75 it was almost $12. When I brought this tothe attention of the waitress she just said sorry with sort of a too bad, so sad sort of attitude. He was supposed to get 2chicken strips and even though he got 4 he only at two and didn't touch his fries. He is a light eater and I would have neverordered adult portions for him. If you are ordering off the kid's menu don't assume that pointing to the kid's menu while youorder is enough, make sure you specify that you want kid's items for your young children. Read more
