I love the salad but I paid $3.50 extra for chicken and this is all they gave me??? Come on
Poor customer service. They do not answer the phone. All options take you to website. I know who got really sick after eating... there. So I called several times and all options take you to either text or website. So there is no way to check if othercustomers were sick as there is no easy option to report or check. Hopefully they take action to sort this out. Read more
I paid extra for my chicken to be blackened and instead there was no chicken in my salad. $25 for a salad without protein is... ridiculous. I used to love sweetgreen but I won?t order from them again. They also gave me a whole broccoli stem instead offlorets. Read more
