Atmosphere is average Dunkin feel. This specific visit I showed up at 6 am expecting a 5:30 am start based on the sign in the... door. They didn't open until 6:40 with a line of people outside. My online order was also not ready. Understandable since theyweren't open, but the disconnect between online service and in person was terrible.
