I've worked in food service for a few years now, and used to work at a restaurant offering drinks with boba ? maybe I came in on... an off day because I have heard good things about this place for the past few years. Staff on their phones/drinking teas while ahuge end-of-the-day rush. Really chewy boba with raw center. Wanted to like it but bummy experience. Hopefully just a one timething. Tried multiple times and each time the tea is bitter (over brewed). Really bad customer service as well if they mess up your... order. They will not re-do it or give you a refund. For a $6-8 boba tea there?s way better places. Cottage garden tea(downstairs at the same mall) is a million times better for drinking tea/coffee/smoothie. It?s cheaper, way higher quality, andthe employees actually care about their customers. They don?t have boba, but it?s worth the trade off every time. Read more
Staff is SUPER AWESOME & NICE!! The Milk Tea & Buns were eh. It almost tasted watered down for the milk tea. The buns were... mediocre. Highly recommend the staff though. The owners did a great job with hiring their staff. Read more
STEER CLEAR!!! If I could leave zero stars, that would be more appropriate. I don't recommend trying these teas. They are... absolutely disgusting. My order was incorrect. My sister's order tasted like strawberry soap. My young neice was verydisappointed in the lack of flavor. We all took a sip of each other's Boba tea, made a face, and threw full teas totaling $31 inthe garbage. Later, we all had sour stomachs. The customer service is just as terrible as their Boba teas, just FYI. Read more

This boba shop is such a vibe!! There was a long line of people waiting but the staff was efficient in making sure that... everyone was served and taken care of in a timely manner. We had the Gold Digger, Tea Rex, and lichee tea, which were allamazing! (A steamed pork bun was also ordered and delish, the only downside was that it was snack sized, so order more than oneof these when you visit ;) ) Read more
