Hhhm...a real toss up between Goose Rocks Dairy and Big Daddy's. We all had something different and all got 5 stars. I just wish... they had either peanut free or a protocol for serving peanut free. Read more
Hate to be a Karen. Ice cream was great but there was a gaggle of little girls inside the window and we couldn?t keep their... attention long enough to order a 2 scoop waffle cone. My wife had to repeat her order three times. I get it?s a summer job butthey?d have had plenty of time to screw around uninterrupted if they?d got the order the first time she said it. Read more
Without a doubt the best ice cream in Maine! Annoying they only take cash. I always assume cash only places aren?t paying their... taxes. At $6 for a small dish of ice cream, the credit card fees aren?t going to kill them. If you aren?t 100% sure what an icecream is, save yourself some heartbreak and ask. I got the salted caramel crunch on one visit. Unfortunately assumed the crunchwould be bits of caramel, but they were chocolate covered pretzels and I don?t like chocolate. Read more
The ice cream was delicious and the servings were huge. The employees are friendly and enthusiastic. Keep in mind that they... pack the ice cream really tightly so a medium is a lot of ice cream. My wife and I couldn't finish the medium. Not even close. We got the seasonal blueberry pie as its our favorite Maine flavor. Read more
