Loved our amazing waitress, she was friendly and offer great suggestions. The atmosphere was upbeat and fun. The gumbo is the... best I've ever had out in a restaurant. We had fried mushrooms and the seafood platter. They were out of oyster but offeredextra shrimp, fish and crawfish. Onion rings were perfectly cooked. So glad we found this place on our trip west. Stopped here last night on the way home from Florida. The staff was incredibly attentive and the food was very good. The shrimp... two ways was excellent but next time I go back, I may just order the Shrimp Creole. Light and just spicy enough served overperfectly cooked rice. Stopped here in Welsh, Louisiana on the way from San Antonio to NOLA. Great Cajun style seafood place just a block off the... highway. Waitstaff was extremely friendly and helpful.
