Went to pickup my mobile order this morning, my coffee was sitting right there I could grab it, but my sandwich and banana... bread were on this tray with other stuff on top of them, and I don't want to touch other people's stuff, so the guy finallycomes over by me and I asked him if there was a sandwich for me in there and he goes through the stuff that was there buttossing the other people food around, finds one of mine throws it at me, or should say the counter it slides to me and he walksaway and I'm like I got a second item, he keeps going so I grab my other item, never had my food thrown at me until thisstarbucks Read more
The staff is not the problem. It?s the inconsistent hours. I work the same rotation each week. And some weeks I can get my... coffee no problem, but more often than not, I cannot order from this location because they are closed. So I?m forced to go tothe other location which also isn?t easily accessible due to traffic, and they are usually packed because only one Starbucks inall of Wenatchee is open. In a town of 36-40 thousand people, one Starbucks isn?t going to support that. If you can?t stand byyour hours then at least be courteous enough to let the community know when your hours change and why they are changed.
