We have been in the area over 2 years now and it seems like over the past few months, the service here has drastically declined,... when picking up before 4 pm. We ordered our normal and all sandwiches had minimal to no veggies (verified they were requested,and they were). My husband's footlong had no cheese (when I was charged more for it), my mom's sandwich had 1 whole pickle chipup there.....so disappointing! Read more

Sometime in the last few days, I won't say when exactly to protect the poor employee, I went to check out at the register of... Subway in Wendell. The employee stopped me in mid-transaction and told me not to leave a tip. They told me the manager hasbeen collecting tips for 3 months and they haven't seen a penny of it. He literally cancelled my transaction on the pin pad toset it back up without the tip before I tapped the card. They were super polite and patient and deserved a tip. They didn'ttake that frustration out on me at all. Read more
