Ordered large tea in drive thru was told they were out of large and medium cups. Was asked if i would like a small instead i... said sure. Pay at first window pull up to pick up window where i can see large cups in rack at window and a tall stack of largecups on counter. Drive 3 miles home to eat cold fries and could nuggets. By far the worst 2 Wendy?s ever. It is literally in our neighborhood so It is convenient but they really need new management.... They cannot get an order right to save their lives. Plus it takes forever to get food in the drive thru as well as inside. Andwhatever you do don?t order using the app because that is slower and they always act like they didn?t see the order in thekitchen. The staff stands around and they don?t help one another. Pull up a little before 7am and not open, employees standing out front saying the doors locked. So screw any veterans that work... early today and anyone else looking for breakfast. I have given this new location several chances due to the fact they are newly built. However, I did have an expectation that... because it is new that it would be a high performing initially. I have been disappointed. First time I went took 30 minutes toget my order. 2nd time I went got frosty and they had no spoons and offered me straws (try eating a frosty through a straw). Thefinal time got a spicy chicken the was not fully cooked. Personally I won't be returning. Management should get this shiprighted considering the location in Wendell Falls should get you a great return but not as it is currently running. Read more

I went here today and ordered 2 Italian chicken sandwiches and even paid $1 extra per sandwich for extra sauce but when I got... home I had two dry sandwiches even though I asked the guy at the window if they had extra sauce on them. I guess that maybe areading test should be required to work here because I always do mobile orders through the app and can never seem to get acorrect order.
