TERRIBLE customer service. Store claimed they never got my order, even though I ordered it hours in advance. Then when I called... to see what was going on with my order, their employee hung up on me. I then repeated to call back and told by a worker that Ihad no business raising my voice and basically said it wasn?t their fault. No responsibility taken or apology given. So im aware this little Caesars has gone through a few ownership and management changes and that staffing has been an issue for... multiple food venues but you should still expect a certain amount of sanitary practices. While I waited for our pizza I saw theemployees in the back playing around throwing flour and stuff at each other then I witnessed a girl checking her make up playingwith her hair that was very long and not pulled back like a couple more girls there long hair not pulled back. But, after thisgirl did all that she then started working on preparing food without washing her hands after touching her face and hair. I hadalready paid for my pizza before witnessing these things so I took my pizza home, It was supposed to be stuffed crust. Iuploaded the picture of the so called stuffed crust. I know that even if I were to bring it to someone's attention nothing wouldbe done because so many of these places are short staffed so these young folk feel they can do whatever they want and go withoutreprimand.
