Management told me to change my baby on the bathroom floor when I asked about changing tables. I was appalled. Her argument was... that they are a bar, yet they have kid vending machines/games? I mean putting in a changing table is a minimal expense thatwould satisfy many customers needs. They have the room for it too. Disappointing to not be valued as a customer. I have been going to rookies forever, and am well aware of the way things are because of the government. But when you order food... and your waitress ask how it is and you tell her not eatable and she brings that to the kitchens attention and then refuses totake it off your bill something is wrong. I normally do not complain or send anything back, that was not even an option there,so that will be my last time. I have spent a lot of time and money there, you know people by name. And I know help is hard tocome by, but customers are your business. Read more
