I was disappointed by the food and the service. I came here with a group of people around 12:00 on a Thursday. The visit started... out fine, but by the end of the visit I had decided I would never come back. Our main server was friendly and took our order. The food arrived in a fair amount of time. One person's meal had an small hair on it (accidents happen, so NBD). The sushi wasokay, but the rice dishes were all overcooked. The rice was mushy. After we got our food, the quality of service went down. Ourserver did a tag team, and the second server was just slow and unaware of her surrounding. Some of the people in my partyrequested spoons/forks, and one of the servers brought a handful of damp utensils and put them directly on the table and told usto just pass them out (unsanitary). It was hard to get a refill on drinks, and the female server was constantly standing waytoo close to us when handing us things or taking plates. She eventually spilled a plate of food on one of us. Although this wasan accident, the spill was caused because she was being careless about how she was collecting the plates. Lastly, we waited foran additional 30-45 minutes for our main server to start cashing us out after we were completely done eating. I think he wasunder the impression that the other girl was going to do it. I saw him waiting on other tables during that time, so I think itwas a miscommunication between the servers. Given that experience, 3 stars is pretty lenient. It was a bad experience, and notworth the mediocre sushi. Read more

This was my first (and last) visit. I viewed the menu online first, so I knew what I wanted. I ordered the vegetable bowl. ... Take a look at the photo. The veggie bowl was all noodles ???? except a few carrot slices, onions, and some edame beans. That's it. It took 10 minutes to get the attention of a waiter. He finally waddled over to see what I was doing there eventhough I was seated by the person at the door. I was not made to feel welcome at all...almost like I was intruding. Duh. When Iwalked in the door they wanted me to scan the code to see their menu! Weird. Never again. Something is really off with thisplace. ???? Read more
