Love their drink happy hour. Love being their ice by the bag. Almost everything on the menu is great!

We had the most pleasant girl take our order. I didn't get her name, but she was very bubbly and when I asked for a special... request for an item she replied "you got it!" ???? I had to call my mom in the middle of ordering to clarify what she had askedfor and the girl waited patiently. Fantastic service! She definitely put a smile on our face. Read more

Other than the customer service, this place is not as good as it once was. Food is always cold or done wrong. A couple weeks ago... I found a hair in my burger and the manager on duty blamed it on me. I hadn't even left the parking lot and the hair was betweenthe meat and bun, no way I put it there. Ice is always dirty like if the ice machine isn't being cleaned. Sorry but managementneeds to step it up and get this place back to the way it once was. Read more
