Avoid this location if possible. They are some of the rudest managers I have ever seen in my life. (For reference the older man... and most recently older lady with raspy voice). The way they talk to customers is appalling and their body language just reeksof unhappiness. My last visit I ordered a Large Iced coffee French Vanilla 4 cream and 4 Sugar? when I received coffee it wastoo dark. They put the sugar free syrup in and maybe 1 pump of cream. No sugar. I politely told the older lady that it didn?tlook right and if she could please add cream to it. I didn?t even ask for a new coffee just some cream added to it. And she veryloudly and forcefully said did you even taste it. It?s in there. i said ma?am the sticker is wrong on the cup and I know whatit?s supposed to look like. And she yanked the cup back in the window dumped out half the coffee and filled the cup with like 3inches missing. I asked her if she wanted me to come in because that?s just not right and she screamed at me did you even tasteit!!! Then she started bad mouthing me to the younger girl behind her and then she tossed the pumpkin muffin bag at me roughly.I just took the loss at that point. Frequently they are out of cups or lids for the cups they do have. Oh and be prepared withcash and credit card. Because more often than not they are only accepting one or the other. Lesson learned won?t be back to thisstore. This Dunkie Junkie will be spending her coffee allowance at another Dunkin 3 miles up the road in the opposite directionto avoid this location. I was there for over 15 mins before I got served. They really need more help in the store during their busy hours. One employee... was on their phone with a food glove on then they went back to work with the same glove. Read more
This was the most horrible service we have gotten. Very unprofessional staff and manager was absolutely not professional. There... was no product, which is understandable, but when i asked for an ice coffee it was all milk. We asked the manager for a refund,he rolled his eyes and snatched the recipe out of my hand. Terrible! I have gone to this DD location nearly every day for almost 3 years. Each day their service gets worse. I wish there... were a different DD on my route to work. Always out of items, I've overheard staff make remarks about the amount of sugar I putin my coffee, product is never consistent (one day my coffee is perfect, the next it's not fit for consumption), the final strawwas today when a staff member was rude to my face. The staff always seem miserable. They have no pride in their work. They arealways slow and then act like they are being bothered by the customers. This location needs a serious evaluation by the owner,or if the owner simply doesn't care then it needs to be shut down.
