Never had a bad sandwich from Jimmy?s. Will continue to grab a quick bite from here for a long time I hope.
We ordered 2 combo's from here. My sandwich was supposed to have oil and vinegar on it. When I got it, it was loaded with mayo,... It was so gross I only ate half of the sandwich because it was making me sick. My husband got a turkey sub and there was no meaton his sub and barely any extras, like lettuce or tomato. He asked for hot peppers on his sandwich and they put 2, literally 2on the entire sandwich. To say the least, will not be eating here again. Read more

I went there yesterday and the help is not friendly what so ever. I ask if they could make a sanchwich into a salad and they... looked at me like I was crazy. I did see the "unwich" and ordered that. At check out I noticed a sign that said "don't forgetyour pickle , so I asked for a pickle" and the clerk was puzzled. I thought it was a pickle spear so how hard it that to wrap?Anyway....I left with no salad and no pickle. They really need some training in customer care. My unwich was just ok. Read more
