This place is fairly new. We went in for breakfast and the food was really good!!! The decor is on trend. And the music playing... was fabulous (70s) - just our style and made the experience fun and uplifting!! Highly recommend! Read more
Went out of our way to go to OTB as we had heard some generally good reviews from the online community. Normally we would go to... First Watch, but wanted to try something different. The place has a very small dining area and the staff was very inattentiveand appeared quite inexperienced. We ended up leaving just shy of an hour as we couldn?t even get an order of scramble eggswith bacon to come out while we observed other tables that arrived and ordered several minutes after us get their food. Therewas a complete lack of communication from our server who was very flustered and evasive. We ended up paying for food we did noteat and had to negotiate to get the food that never even got to the table off the check. The one good thing our server did wasask for my number so management could follow up, but that never happened siting here a week and a half later. Short summary ofthe experience: food was extremely slow to come out of the kitchen one plate at a time over several minutes (50+ total minutesfrom the time we ordered), never getting the last dishes; their eggs "Benedict" is sunny side up eggs (not poached) that theycouldn?t manage to cook properly (completely runny whites both times the dish came out); staff was panicked and confrontationalwhen you when we asked simple questions; two items we ordered were out of stock and we were not told until the food was droppedor when we asked if/when the was coming out repeatedly. I?ve worked several years in the restaurant/hospitality industry in thekitchen and in the front of the house from a server to a manager and am more than understanding when things don?t turn out, butthis was a total disaster and the place only had four tables sat with two servers. Judging by my experience which aligns withsome of the more recent reviews, this doesn?t appear to be an isolated incident. My wife and I had a great experience. Food , atmosphere, and service was excellent. I got the SanDiego shredded Chicken sandwich... and she got a breakfast burrito. Amazing flavor and knowing it is healthy food is a plus. Go check it out! Read more
This place use to be so amazing I have no idea how things have changed so drastically. At the new location the staff are not... friendly and seem so panicked. Complete opposite from my experiences at the old location. I had to wait over 50 minutes for myfood to be prepared we ordered four burritos to go. A complete disappointment.
