40 minutes for 3 bagel sandwiches and a pancake with eggs. Should have been quick and easy but staff didn?t seem to know what... they were doing. My espresso wasn?t even espresso just plain black coffee, ridiculous. Figure it out! We will not return tothis establishment again! Read more

Used to go all the time until they started messing up the orders. We had an order of 5 bagel sandwiches and they were all wrong.... The girl working gave us credits for them and we thought it was solved. Went in the next week to get them and the owner said shecouldn?t validate them. Didn?t offer a refund or anything. Do not recommend for some of their special items. This is a strawberry cheesecake pancake we ordered to go. We didn?t even try... it because of its appearance and because it was burnt. I?m giving 2 stars because the Lachs bagel was pretty good. Read more

I am on a mission to find the best bagels in the Tampa area. This was my first time at Bagelicious. I walk in around 12, a woman... behind the counter started out pretty sassy letting me know that there weren't many bagels left. I asked her for an everythingbecause there was a basket of above the label, she snaps back saying that what I see is what is left and begins to tell me whatsleft. She says sesame so I order 2. After leaving i realized that it in fact WAS NOT sesame but was Salt, which i detest. Afterscraping off as much salt as I could, I managed to eat the bagel. The texture is good and the bagel was soft but it was hard toget past the salt taste. So 2 stars for now, maybe I'll try again one day and actually get something I like. Even my fiance wholoves salt struggled to eat the bagel. Read more
