Ordered online, and they gave me a sandwich with only vegetables. Left the meat out completely. Ridiculous.
If i could give this place all negative zeros I would, HORRIBLE customer service, Patrick need to learn some professional and... customer service skills and food was horrible this is the 2nd time that this has happened. When you ask to speak with a managerI was advised that he comes and goes. I then asked to speak with the owner Ken and I was told that he can take my name andnumber down and that they will HOPEFULLY call me back. I have owned subways in the past and I will be contacting cooperate. Grubhub was able to fully refund me my order but I refuse and will spread the word about this location and how there service morethan once was terrible. They recently reopened this location with a fresh re-do and new staff. Fast, friendly service and tasty sandwiches! Prices seem... to be higher than before, though... but then that's happening everywhere, right? Read more
Went there 4:45p today with a 7 sandwich order and was immediately greeted with rudeness and unprofessional approach. The young... man was impolite and lackadaisical with our entire interaction. So much that my partner and I asked for another employee (Mark)to finish our order. Mark was awesome, the kid without a nametag working with him was horrible. The kid literally sat therescratching his bare stomach and waistline before trying to prepare food... Then acted like he didn't do so when questioned aboutit. Horrible experience. Read more
Stopped by on 9/12 around 8 pm to get a sandwich and let me just say I am a quite disappointed. I ordered Sweet Onion chicken... and for one, the bread was practically stale after being toasted, might as well been saltine cracker. Chicken should bemarinated, instead the employee put normal chicken and simply poured sweet onion sauce on it before toasting it. By the time itook it out of bag it looked like a complete mess. I had to reassemble the sandwich in order to take a bite out of it. I wentto three different subways this week to get this exact sandwich and this location was a complete disapointment. I came in at 10am Friday and asked if they had mac n cheese..the man working Michael said it isnt ready but he could have it... ready in 15minutes. He was so sweet got it all ready and packaged even in the three separate bags I needed!! Read more
Went there to get 2 stake and cheese subways. Out of stake at this time. Tried to use 2 footlong subways for 12.99 coupon. I... was pointed to a piece of paper on the wall which stated that limited coupons are accepted for veggie, ham and few other subwaysthat few people would ever buy. At the end Subway Club 14.99, Rotisserie chicken and bacon 15.49, tax: 2.24 for at total32.72. Worse subway out there. Much better ways to spend 32.72 Read more
