Worst place ever to eat, first google said they were open till 11pm for the dine in, then we come in for dine in to which the... sign said open till 9pm but when we went to go inside the doors were locked and when we went to the drive thru we tried talkinginto the voice box to ask if there's anyone to take the order but no one answered and i noticed they came in just as we left. Itis the 2nd time they have done this to us, we came in 3 months ago and they did the same, never again will we come to Carl's jrfor they have lost us as customer's. I am sick and tired of going to these fast food restaurants leaving things out of my order! Today it was a third of my order... that went missing here and when I called to resolve the issue the phone number went to a modem or fax machine! Read more
I ordered from this Carl's junior on grubhub yesterday, I asked for lettuce on my spicy chicken sandwich and all I got was the... chicken and mayo on a bun. I also payed extra to get onion rings instead of fries but they still gave me fries. So I give youguys a 2 star please make sure your employees are following the order correctly or I will not come here again. Read more
Well was in line at 920 pm waited in line until 948 to bold they were not taking anymore orders . Well since they closed at 10... don't make your customer wait in line whilst the time goes by and not finishe your bussnines operation hours causing 9 customersto have to be trapped in the lane whilst all the other food places close. I saw a worker washing a grill and the fryer with a hose where they actually fry your fries and your kids meal chicken nuggets... super stars right behind the restaurant on tu he floor. And that's not even all I found a hair twice in different ocations wentback a few months later thinking that after I reported the hair in the burger they would actually hire new cleaner employees butI guess this locations doesn't give a damn about the customer.
