Check the person's identity first before handing pizzas! I ordered a whole pizza by phone and was told to come by 4:20pm. I... arrived there at 4:18pm and waited for my pizza. I knew they're busy so I waited even after 5 minutes. (Funny thing I realizedat the moment was the lady who handed pizzas to people didn't even check the person's receipt or whatsoever) I asked her when itturned 4:30pm. She absolutely had no idea. She said she gave it to other person who had a similar name. The worst thing was herrude attitude. Hell yeah I eventually got my pizza after waiting extra 25 minutes. Wasted my time. Read more
Staff here has poor service and it?s no surprise with how their management is. I sent my grandparents to purchase a cake for a... party since I was unable to go get it (same last name as me). That is all they were looking to buy and the manager at the cashregister refused to allow them to purchase the cake even after they explained why they were there with my membership card. Themanager took the card away and let my grandparents know I had to personally come pick it up. I show up several hours later andturns out it was shredded. So they completely wasted my time, this place is ridiculous, go to another Costco! You?ve beenwarned! Read more

Amazing how two people differ so dramatically in reviewing the same thing. I have seen the food court for years at this... location. It always appeared clean and neat. Employees who treat customers badly need to be reported. My only gripe is the hotdogs need to be hotter not lukewarm. Read more
My wife and I get our stuff from here or Murray location, my wife gets business Costco card through her work , so no need for me... to get one too, so I always go to Murray location and they don't mind me walking in for a salad from food court, but thislocation they were very rude, and didn't let me come in if my wife is not presented, so I asked for the manager, and she showedup with the worse attitude and asked me to leave, we spend more then a 1000$ on groceries a week but that didn't mean anythingto them.
