This has always been an okay location untell recently. Went in recently to order some of the lava cakes for my GF, the hours on... the website say 1am and the door says 1am. When I got there @ 9pm on a Friday night( should be one of these busy night) theytell me they are closed and can't take any order. Going to pizza hut I guess. Read more

I quite honestly don't know why I even bother trying to order Domino's any more. I have literally NEVER gotten my order... delivered within the quoted timeframe. Typically, (according to the tracker) my food isn't even in the oven within what wassupposed to be the delivery time frame. After waiting 45 minutes for my order (that again, wasn't even in the oven) that wassupposed to be delivered within 25-30 minutes I tried to call the store to cancel it since there doesn't appear to be a way todo that online. No one answered. The phone rang and rang, I even hung up and tried again. No one ever answered. Unless you'reokay for waiting well over an hour for a pizza that was supposed to be delivered in 20 minutes, I'd skip this one. Read more
Horrible experience. Never got my pizza and then when I called to get it fixed they won?t answer the phone and fix any issues... that may have happened. Under staffed, most likely do to the way things are being ran over there! Domino?s has gone down hill.It really is to bad. It?s a great concept, now only if the right people could be hired to make it happen. Take care of yourstaff and they won?t leave! Read more
Just ordered a pizza and cinnamon twists... Pizza box was soaked in oil that was leaking everywhere from the cinnamon twists... which weren't edible, swimming in oil and missing the icing. By far the worst Dominos experience. Read more
Our order for delivery was sent to the wrong address (a previous address actually) due to my failure to verify the address being... updated in the online ordering tool. The order was an Easy Order that populated the last address the items were ordered from--aplace we moved from last September. I failed to notice that since I had ordered delivery several times before at our currentaddress with no issues. I rushed to the store to ask about the order. The manager, Miguel, was amazing in rectifying thesituation. Our order was pretty substantial and half of the order was missing when we went to the old address to retrieve it. The portion that we lost, Miguel and his hard-working staff helped to replace all of the lost items! We were veryappreciative! The food, of course, is always to our satisfaction. The highlight of the order? LARGE (14") HAND TOSSEDPIZZA Diced Tomatoes, Jalapeno Peppers, Spinach, Onions, Extra Honey BBQ Sauce, No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Mushrooms,Black Olives, Green Peppers, Extra Cheese, Pepperoni, Extra Premium Chicken (See our photo) We love our Redwood Road WestValley Dominos! Wish I could 0 stars. Made a order online. Everything went threw got conformation number. Got a call a few minutes later. Said... they canceled my order cause they were closing. But my card had been hit already. Said would take 2 to 5 days to get my moneyback. Not to mention the guy that called was rude and didn't even try to make things right. If I did business like this Iwouldn't be in business long. 0 star experience. Read more
