So disappointed after today's experience. I called and needed to put in a pick up order since the app wouldn't let me order size... larges. Well I call, put my order in. They didn't ask my name, and I didn't realize until we ended the call. I call back to putmy name on it, and get told I need to be placed on "hold". I agree, and I wait on this hold for 15 minutes. During this 15minutes I hear laughing, and talking, and what sound like dishes being washed. I understand being on hold, but it sounded likethere was at least 3-4 people working. My husbands a first timer at Jamba and I talked so highly of it on our way to this location. We came in and ordered a mango a go... go and a strawberry surf rider. Originally a large but they were out of those cups so we were offered a medium and pour the restin a small cup. We downsized to mediums instead and chose two different flavors.
