So disappointed after today's experience. I called and needed to put in a pick up order since the app wouldn't let me order size... larges. Well I call, put my order in. They didn't ask my name, and I didn't realize until we ended the call. I call back to putmy name on it, and get told I need to be placed on "hold". I agree, and I wait on this hold for 15 minutes. During this 15minutes I hear laughing, and talking, and what sound like dishes being washed. I understand being on hold, but it sounded likethere was at least 3-4 people working. You're telling me not one of them could assist me with such a simple task? Read more

I don?t usually come to this location but this morning 01/23, the blonde girl that took our order and made our juices had the... nastiest attitude for no reason! to everyone who came in! very unwelcoming. The drive to the taylorsville location is worth itfor better customer service.. . Read more

My husbands a first timer at Jamba and I talked so highly of it on our way to this location. We came in and ordered a mango a go... go and a strawberry surf rider. Originally a large but they were out of those cups so we were offered a medium and pour the restin a small cup. We downsized to mediums instead and chose two different flavors. Both my mango and aloha pineapple were notblended enough cause I was chewing bits of something. My husband wasn?t impressed and said ?we should?ve went to quickly.? Read more

Great service but saw a male worker not on the clock shirt all out just went straight to the back unprofessional just starting... asking his female counterparts what kinda smoothie they wanted. I asked another associate was he on the clock? He walked in likeit was his shop....Other then that great service but the audacity of the lack of professionalism was shocking...Then he left thestore with his female counterparts like he was the owner....June 11th. 6 other customers waiting for their orders this morning. Three workers running around very unorganized. Then they are out of... fresh bananas and it's 11am, how are you out of them already? The delivery drivers waiting are having to verify their ordersbecause so many of them are not complete. Then I hear that I won't get my pitaya bowl in an actual bowl, it will come in a cupbecause "all of Jamba Juice is phasing out the bowls" so they don't provide the stores with the bowls anymore. If you still havebowls on your menu you need to make sure you have something to serve them in.... This location needs to get some training ondeck quick because I know I won't be back and everyone else seemed very irked as well. Read more

I ordered two large orange juices and noticed that a Mexican-looking girl and the only one who spoke a little Spanish, took a... jug of orange juice from the fridge and could only fill a glass and a half, and grabbed more oranges to squeeze for To fill thesecond glass with orange juice. Before serving the juice, I politely asked the Mexican-looking girl who wanted the 2 glasses offreshly squeezed orange juice, because if they have been squeezing the orange for a long time it becomes very acidic, the girlgot upset he told me he would not take care of me and told an older lady with light hair to attend to me. the old lady told methat the juices that were already served were freshly squeezed and I told her to look when they removed the jug from a smallrefrigerator that is from the left lake of the machine that squeezes the orange and the lady denied me. I told him to pleasegive me my money back because there was no reason to bother with a service I'm asking for and I'm paying. A guy very kindlygave me back the money. I love the place I always buy my juices there but they should hire a more qualified staff to serve thecustomers. Read more
