I ordered curbside pickup and marked that I had arrived. 45 minutes later I went inside myself. The first thing they said was... "We're closed! Bye!" I explained the situation and the kid at the front handed me a sandwich that seemed to be with the rest ofhis personal things.... kind of looked like he was going to take it home for himself. They told me they looked all over for mycar and gave up. Which was odd because I did not see any employee come outside while I was waiting and I had given my phonenumber for the order? Really sad about this location. We used to get our meals so quickly and now it takes almost an hour. We live about 2 miles away.... Super disappointed for what they used to be. We will make the switch to Jersey Mike?s. Update: entire order was wrong. Offeredto send again but said it would probably be over and hour again. It sounds like this location needs help if you are the owner Irecommend helping the staff at your location 07/14/2021 - decided to give them another chance.
