I had been going in thinking I was doing alright ordering the pad Thai which has rice noodles instead of a lot of the other... dishes which have gluten but then I noticed the cook throwing in oil to a pan before he began my dish. I asked what oil theyused and they eventually told me one hundred percent soybean oil. I threw it away. Never again. I learned to love this chain when I was visiting my dad in MN. After he died, I haven't been to one. Not in my area of CA. So,... when this popped up on Google Map as we were driving west through UT and NV from CO, we stopped. Same level of food, almostidentical physical layout inside (smiles), and the same variety all around noodles. Various Asian style (Japanese, Chinese,Korean, and more), Italian, and "American". Restaurant looks clean and neat. Service was fast and the server was polite. I ordered Spicy Korean Beef Noodle and it was good.... It was spicy with a hint of sweetness. Very delicious food ????. I had quite a bit to eat and I loved it very much. You can order ahead and you can get some of the... best food here in your life should you choose to dine here. Wear a mask and be courteous to others and at least know what youwant before hand, it helps move the process a lot faster so other people can eat as well.
