I work at a high school and we used this location to cater an event for students. The staff at the store are amazing and so... willing to help. I was impressed with their efforts to prepare so many meals for our lunch that begins so early, 10:30 am. Thefood was delivered on time with the Panda staff making sure we were satisfied with everything they brought. The students lovedthe food! I highly recommend this location to anyone. Read more
Nobody answers the phone here. I placed a delivery order but had to back track and didn't notice it changed to pickup. I placed... the order and noticed my mistake and have been trying to call to either switch my order to delivery or cancel it if it can't beswitched. You call the number and get an automated system that when you select to speak to someone at the restaurant it justsays nobody is available and hangs up on you. No option to leave a message. It is frusterating considering emails usually goignored and if somebody does happen to answer it's days later. Really doesn't help my situation at the moment. If you aren'tgoing to answer your phone and want everything automated at least give the option to cancel within reason. Read more
Honestly I?m only giving it 4 stars because Hector R working the register was the only one who seemed happy to be at work. He... was super eager to help and make sure we got what we wanted for sauce and food. Very respectful. It took a few minutes to getour order taken when no one was in line. DO NOT order delivery from here! I used uber for my broccoli and beef and got 5 small pieces beef out of two scoops! I?ve seen... them portion it carefully in person, but when they?re doing it for someone who can?t speak up about their order they slop on it.This is the third time it?s happened, and I was really hoping something would change. The beef is delicious but not veryfulfilling when there?s only a few pieces. My plate came out like this and I already knew I was going to get just broccoli. Imoved them out of the way so you can see how great their service is. Why aren?t they cutting up the broccoli and portioning it?completely lazy, not worth the money. Read more
Nothing like a little moldy cabbage for dinner. Yum! I asked for half rice half veg and got 90% veg and a couple bites of rice.... Also asked for string bean chicken and got orange chicken. Top it off with the order (two plates) coming to $10 more than normaland I will absolutely not be setting foot inside ANY panda express ever again. YUCK! Read more
I ordered two combos. They were running out of the chow mein and they were generous with the portions with people before me but... not with my order. My walnut shrimp almost didn?t have almonds. I found a hair in the chow mein but didn?t have the time to goback and complain. Terrible location. Read more
Wasn't bad but wasn't good. The atmosphere was kind of unwelcoming, I don't expect for them to be all that nice and great, which... I'm sure they are, but just being in there was definitely a mess, the tables weren't cleaned, neither were the chairs. The overthe top server voice was very very extra as in, it sounded like a try hard person trying to sound cute and asian. I get it as aserver to sound like another person you're not and sound pleasing, but with some weird Asian accent with Spanish is anotherlevel if you ask me. I didn't get a whole lot of love either for my portions neither for my friend, but it's fine. They got myname right though on my order and my order overall, so that was nice since almost always doing orders online or whatever nevergoes great as much as I've tried. Quick service too ??
