Picked up a large supreme pizza tonight & it was terrible. They put the cheese down first, then marinara then the toppings.... Because it was in that order the cheese didn't melt & I tried to pick up a slice all the toppings & marinara just slipped off.Told them about it & they said they can give me $5 store credit. Delivered wrong pizza, called 4 times and hung up on after hold on automated, finally got a human, but sounded like an entitled... teenager who had no customer service skills whatsoever. Not even a sorry for the error, but was perfectly fine saying "we willsend you out another pizza, but you have to pay for it." I know food service is a difficult business, but your customers takecare of you, take care of them. I will drive to the Pizza Hut down the street closer to me rather order delivery from thislocation again. Read more
We originally ordered from Domino's...They canceled our order without telling us, so at 9:45 PM we decided to get Pizza Hut.... They got the pizzas to us within a reasonable amount of time and it was perfect!! Thank you for salvaging what was left of ourFriday Night! Read more
Placed an order for lunch, scheduled a time for pickup. Realised we needed it a little earlier so called 3 TIMES to try and... insure it would be ready on time. No answer. When I arrived, I sat for over 10 minutes. No one came to greet, or give anupdate. When some one finally did come out, the order was indeed ready, but no customer service at all. Pizza Hut is one of myfavorite pizza places, but will definitely avoid the location in the future. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas at 8:30 pm. Was told they would arrive in 34-45 minutes. At 9:30 we called the store. Was informed by a manager... that he sent our order with a DoorDasher and it got lost. So they were in the process of making a new order and getting itdelivered. 2 barley warm pizzas arrived just before 10pm. Just another reminder why I don't order from Pizza Hut, especiallythis location. Spend the extra few $$ and go to The Pie. Read more
Order was over an hour late and the pizza and cheese sticks were cold and tough. Our sodas were not included. We called the... store 6 times and were hung up on by the automated system each time. --UPDATE-I spoke with the GM today who let me know theywere severely understaffed on Sunday, He was very polite and apologetic and made things right. --PRO-TIP-call to place yourorder instead of using the app because it doesn't reflect accurate times if they are understaffed. The pizza was great that?s why giving 2 stars. Customer service was pathetic. However we ordered a pizza with clean cut half... pepperoni on one side. They added one piece of pepperoni on one more slice. When I talked to the person he was SUPER RUDE.Didn?t even care to say sorry. Literally told if you don?t want it - I?ll take it back and go to the other Pizza Hut store downthe lane. He also was telling me that I should?ve ordered 2 pizza instead of one. Ordered from this place and they totally forgot the extra marinara sauce and the sodas I ordered. They said they was gonna send... some out to bring the sodas they forgot. That was four hours ago and still no sodas. I don?t usually order from Pizza Hutbecause it?s more expensive than other chains. Lesson learned. Next time I?ll save my money and order domino?s.
