Food was ok. Asked for a blackened chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular breaded chicken sandwich instead. Fries were... luke warm to almost cold. Service wasn't the best since there doesn't seem to be people who work here that speak English. Verydifficult for them to understand what we were asking for. Also difficult for us to understand them. Also reading some of theother reviews, it seems like their soda machine has been busted for well over a month! It was busted when we came in and therewere limited selections at a second machine. Manager helping me was very obviously understaffed. She did pretty well considering the circumstances. I've managed fast food... before, I know the struggle. I ordered inside, to go. My order was completed quickly, other than no gift certificates availablefor purchase. As I was walking out the door, I overheard someone say something about a 30 min wait for chicken. I don?t understand what the issue is at this location. It doesn?t matter when I came a day, week, or year later I?ve always had... issues. They are often closed early , are understaffed , and are run by poor management. There was even one particular timewhere they ran out of chicken and still decided to stay open? Then this week after months of not having been here I assumed Iwould experience something different . I was wrong again. They were staffed well but every one ignored me, even the manager wholooked at me in the eyes. After he finally took my order I waited 10 min just to see them take other customer orders and servethem before me. I then talked to the clueless manager who took my order. He realized my order didn?t get made and had it madeas if nothing had happened . One coke machine was not operational and the other was out of half of the selections. A new groupof about 8 customers came in and ordered at the same time. And true to them selves they couldn?t get them out with out issues.I could hear as the group was complaining of a 20 min wait and upset with the service. The only thing that keeps me going backis the food hoping that they will change. They have a great product but have poor management that can?t get it together to givethe customer the Popeyes experience they deserve. The only way I can express how this location is run is to show you the oldand tired chevy Astro van that sits out front. It sits with faded lettering, flat tire, and expired plates from 2016. We were not greeted for about 4 min, we ordered to dine in, they did not give us a receipt. They served others that came after... us before us. The gave us our order in a bag instead of a tray without any napkins. One drink machine was out of order and theother machine was out of nine different drinks. They were out of most of their sauces.My wife wanted the French chocolate rolland they were out of those as well. I gave four stars because the food was good. I don?t know how much they pay their employeesand it must be hard to hire good people. Tonight was a comedy of errors. What can I say, but, excellent chicken! It's a shame they don't have a location closer to me, but then again, I think its best,... I'd go there too much. Cajun style coated chicken, comes in mild or spicy, and lots of sides to choose from. My favorite is thespicy, but sometimes they don't have it, so the mild is a very close second. I've come to feel it as comfort food, but,sometimes, I add just a little more "heat" to it, by spooning on a dollop of creamy jalapeno dip. I've got one of the other"major" chicken franchises in my neighborhood, and still will drive the distance to get this chicken. I guess Popeyes has theright saying, "Love That Chicken". Read more

Went to place my order through the drive through, I asked for a Family feast and they said we only have white meat only. Then... they said Family feast? I don't know what you're talking about and dont understand you. So I went inside and still they didn'tknow what I was about. They kept saying, we only have white meat available but I can clearly see there was 2 big trays of darkmeat. But they pushed me to buy the white meat, and they even lied to the next person in the drive through that they only havewhite meat. I don't understand if they over cooked the white meat so they have to sell that first before selling the dark meatagain, who knows. Bad service, employee that lies in front of my face and to the next person in the drive though. This location always forget something some of your orders. The chicken is black and dried because it?s been fried too long. This... time, I decided to call and they didn?t answer. I left a message and that was two days ago! Makes me mad when I paid for stuff Ididn?t get all the time. And this location is just getting worse!
