We came on a Wednesday to celebrate a member of our group of 8. There weren't very many people in the restaurant or at the... bar. We really felt like we weren't welcome the entire visit because the staff seemed standoffish and we didn't receive muchservice. We got some drinks and ordered fries. It took 15mins for our drink order to be taken then another 20mins to receiveour drinks. Our fries didn't come before we paid the check and decided to dine elsewhere. Read more
Well.... The food was excellent and our server Lorena was very nice and helpful. But....what was disappointed was that so many... menu items were unavailable so looking at the menu online is pretty useless. Best to wait and see what is actually available.The only two entrees were the Steak and the Salmon. When my wife ordered the steak we were told they didn't actually have thatone but did have a different cut that wasn't on the menu. It was more expensive....but it was excellent. This restaurant is located inside the hotel. Service is sub par at best. The menu was not current so the server basically told... us what we were having for dinner. If you can lower the bar on service and food quality to your lowest setting, you will have anok experience. The entire staff with the exception of one guy who appeared to be a manager or supervisor gave a hint of actuallyenjoying himself serving the guests. Read more
Avoid this place! I ordered take out here last night, I ordered the club sandwich and it was a disaster. Luckily I opened up to... look at the meal before leaving the restaurant, because the bread wasn't toasted and it was warm like they microwaved it. Eventhe bartender made a comment about the sandwich. He said "who made this". I immediately asked for a refund and was given one,but the restaurant was closing and the staff didn't seem to care about me only getting off work! They didn't even apologize tome or offer me something else. I went to the front desk and asked for a manager but was told there wasn't one on duty. Snowy night and 5 of us came in for dinner. We were seated, got a drink order, dinner order, and then never saw our server... again. All of the food did not come out. When we asked for service, "refills on soda and water, salad dressing, order otherdrinks, we were told they were short handed. I guess that was all, as 10 minutes later they came over to ask if we wantedrefills. By now we were fed up, had finished our meals, and the other food had gotten cold waiting on a response. Now I get mycredit card statement and they charged more than the receipt shows. on the bright side the steaks were good. Read more
