I go to this subway pretty regularly, almost daily for a little while, and it seems as though the customer service has gotten a... fair bit worse. I ordered a sandwich they're like oh yeah we're out of those meats and I was like okay can I substitute them?They're like sure, so I substitute 2 of 4/5 meats on the supreme meats. I get to the register and the lady was like no we can'tdo that, I can ring you up and charge you extra for adding pep to this other sandwich.. it's like no.. it's not my fault yourout of stuff or didn't tell me at the beginning I can't do that, you either charge the same price as the other sandwich I wantedand tried to order, or you tell me sorry we can't do that or make that sandwich. You can't tell me okay we'll make it, then whenI go to pay be like okay yea well we're gonna charge you more because "we" don't have it. If I could give a minus rating for tonight's service it would be a -5! Make sure that if you eat from here you watch them... closely the girl had her hands all over everything else then touched my food without changing gloves and have the audacity toget very ignorant with me and shove my food out the window after I had her remake my food. We went in Friday and the customer service was non existent, lack of response when talking or taking our order but, the kicker... is absolute disregard for health code. Touching the register and going back to food with same gloves and dropped our sandwich onthe floor while bagging, picked it up and put it in the bag with the rest that were wrapped like this (pic) we didn't touch the$45 subway lunch . Ordered a salad in the drive through and they literally just tossed stuffed in a bowl and called it good. Didn't bother to cut... it or mix it. If I wanted a sandwich without the bread and not all of the toppings, I would have ordered a sandwich with nobread or all of the toppings. I only have the use of one arm, so I can't cut and mix it, which was why I ordered something thatwould be easy to eat. Been calling for over an hour only to get a busy tone. Ordered through the drive-through. Got home to this nasty soggy sandwich. I even tipped the girls working?What a waste of money... and time. Not toasted avocado smeared everywhere, didn?t get jalapeños turkey is hidden under 13lbs of mustard and mayo.. My 3yr old nephew makes a better sandwich than this. Read more
I love the cold cut combo. It's my sandwich of choice. For some reason brings back fun memories growing up. The meatball is my... 2nd choice and 3rd once in awhile I'll try a specialty sandwich. Never had a bad experience at any location. Read more
