If I could give negative stars that would be a better option. I went through the drive through on 10-30-22. First, the person... taking the order at the drive through, kinda rude. No biggie, seems to be what we get nowadays. Because few people take pride intheir work and fewer people are grateful to be able to work! Second, got the kids frosties, which leaked everywhere because theyover filled the cups and someone could not take the time to wipe down the cups before handing them to us. Again, that pridething no longer a value many people have apparently. Now home with an adjusted attitude, let the negative go, right? Sit down tohave a quick lunch (hence the drive though) only bite into a Dave?s single and have long black hair in my mouth and all in theburger. I want to puke again just typing this!!!! I went through the drive thru on Monday, October 17 at 11:00 pm with my 3 young daughters. When I received the order I realized... that there were some things missing from my order, I had ordered some fries with sour cream and bacon and they gave me frieswith cheese, also they did not give me the ketchup I had ordered for my daughters chicken nuggets. They also didn't give me thereceipt. I went through the drive thru again and I told the woman what I need it (her name is Aurora), I was very nice to her,I never raised my voice or was rude to her. But she got mad and told me that she wouldn't give me anything, she told me that Ihad ordered those fries with cheese and that that's what I had paid, I told her I didn't know what I had paid because she didnot give me the receipt. I went through the window and there was another woman at the window, I kindly asked her for theketchup and my receipt, I didn?t even care about the fries anymore, but Aurora told the woman who was attending me at the windownot to give me the item I was requesting. Then Aurora opened the window and threatened to call the police, and slammed thewindow in my face. I stood waiting at the window for the police to arrive, but they never came. While I was waiting, a carpassed by in front of the restaurant and started taking pictures of my car (so I don?t know if she was calling the police orsomeone else), my daughters and I became scared and concerned for our safety, I decided to leave. In addition, this woman put asign in the Drive thru that said: The lobby is open, some one at the window don't want to move. It was a horrible experience,the rest of the people who worked there seemed to be nice, but Aurora would scold them if they wanted to fix my order. It was ahorrible experience and I think I had every right to at least have my receipt to know what things I was charged for. This was probably the fastest Wendy's Ive been to at a 6pm dinner hour. They were busy, but efficient! Ordered a Pretzel Pub... Bacon Burger & Fries. The burger looked a little wilted, but who goes to a fast-food restaurant for the looks? The burgertasted fantastic! As you would always expect with Wendy's fresh beef and all the great toppings on the Pretzel Pub menu items. A definite win! Read more
I work nearby this location. Unfortunately, my order was in accurate both times I've been through the drive thru. I was charged... for the add-ons I requested but the food didn't include said add-ons. That's very disappointing when I have to hurry to get backto work. My advice is to thoroughly check your order's accuracy before driving away, even though that will affect the overallspeed you can get on your way. Do better and double check accuracy, Wendy's crew.
