Follow-up to below dialogue: I called your "Customer Service" as you call it, only to go directly to VM w/no return call after... leaving a message. Your display of concern seems largely superficial and purely cosmetic and the end-result speaks foritself! DONE W/THIS PLACE! You just lost a customer since 1972 FORLIFE! Just went to this location yesterday. Very simple order. 3 Turkey subs. Two of them were made wrong. The young cashier was also... selectively polite. The lady in front of me she was smiling to and very friendly with. When I walked up she wouldn't even greetme. Didn't say one word to me until my receipt printed. Then she simply said:" you can grab your own reciept." The man makingthe subs was also mad that I dared ask to get the missing tomatoes for my sub. I mean I did pay for them right?! Wouldn?t recommend. Been here multiple times, and somehow have continued to give it another chance. On multiple occasions,... they?ve messed up the order really bad. Very simple orders with a few toppings, nothing crazy. Manager and staff refuse to doanything to correct the issue. Very disappointed. Ordered a heated club with grilled onions and no tomatoes. My husband had a meatball marinara sandwich. Both... orders were horribly wrong. They gave us two clubs. We did not notice until we made it home couldn't find the receipt. What awaste not to mention my bread was ripped and looked crumbled up. It's just frustrating when you spend so much money and yourwhole order is not what you wanted. The cashier was rude and seemed liked she did not want to be there. The cook obviouslydoesn't do well with instructions & reading the reviews for this place doesn't seems like management cares because things shouldhave gotten better. Read more
