Done with little Caesars for good. I mean I could get past the customer service which is by far the worst of any restaurant... retailer or general business I've ever come across or the fact that hot and ready hasn't existed for 10 years but putting in anonline order and showing up to the store which was closed during normal business hours, nope I'm done. They eventually put inthe order about five hours later but I wasn't around. Never was able to get a refund. There truly isn't another business thatoperates as horribly as little Caesars, so congrats on being so unique. Read more
Horrible experience Ordered online then went to the store when they told me to be there and then waited 45 more minutes for my... pizza?s. We were told they were closed right when we walked in and only online and pickup is all they were taking. Only 2 peoplewe?re working. Lines of customers turned away because no staffing. Placed an online order , went to pick it an hours and a half later just to find out he was closing earlier and they had nobody?s... orders ready and than they didn?t even call any of there customers to let them know, what was the issue instead made everyonewaste there gas . than made me wait 6-8 days for a freakin refund. Put a pickup order through online. Get there a little early, let them knew I was here and waited a little bit. Gets to be 5mins... past the time I was quoted, asked about my pizza just to find out no one put it in. Then when the front guy tried to be helpfuland ask how much time for me the boss in the back just told him to stop asking. I used to work a pizza place, I could havewalked in the back and made it myself and been out of there faster. Horrible management and timely service. Read more
