Their cornbread is dry. Their mac and cheese is terrible too. Even though they say the brisket is smoked, we believe it is a... lie. Owning a smoker ourselves, we have a pretty good idea how all smoked meats should taste. Their ribs are good. Meat cameoff the bone and was tender. Unfortunately even though they say that they want to concentrate on ribs, You can not run arestaurant with not being able to make sides. We will not return They better shape up fast if they want to make it in thisneighborhood. Read more
St. Louis ribs were on point perfectly smoked. The Carolina sauce was a great compliment to the ribs. Sides were great too. I... ordered the roasted potatoes with corn which did not disappoint. Friendly, professional service. Immaculately clean. Take out food was packaged perfectly, butcher-like quality, no leaks and... food stayed warm. The St Louis ribs were amazing. Lean, tender and meaty, with great smoke barbecue flavor. Coleslaw was goodtoo. Ample portion sizes at a very fair price. I look forward to trying more menu items. Read more
I went to Bitterman?s BBQ ordered two racks of ribs which were perfectly cooked nice and juicy not dry! The potatoes and corn... were awesome! I?m so happy they finally opened My new favorite takeout restaurant! Read more
