The owner seems to be a very hard working and nice person, but the overall operation runs very slowly and food... quality/consistency is hit or miss. It doesn't add much value to the West Bloomfield community. Read more
Coffee is great, inside staff is very friendly and efficient. The only place I've ever consistently gotten toasted bagels that... are both burnt and cold. That takes talent. *eye roll*. Read more
I went there this morning, used the drive thru, and they got my order wrong. I clearly ordered a #1, with an iced coffee, along... with my son's drink. His came out okay, but they gave me a hot coffee, and no hashbrown. When you order a breakfast meal, youshould get the meal, not a sandwich and some small coffee (they asked me the size I wanted, never done that before, knewsomething was up/wrong). I didn't want to hold up the line, so I called them and they said I got what I paid for, but still 11bucks is too much for the 3 items I got. Should have just gone somewhere else... Read more
