Someone needs to educate the employees on role clarity and prioritization. I waited for 30 minutes to get boba on 11/25 and it... was due to multiple employees working on tasks that weren?t related to getting the line moving. I understand that other thingsneed to be taken care of, but one barista out of three should not be building drinks. Poor gal. Read more
