This place is always my go to for birthday cakes. The cakes are soft and not very sweet which we love. Their butter cream is... very creamy and also not super sweet. They make very good cakes but my daughter wanted cupcakes for her birthday so I ordered a "pull-apart cake". Not only is there... nothing about this box of cupcakes that make it look like a cake, hence a pull-apart cake, it was $75! I ordered cupcakes for a baptism, my cupcakes were suppose to have a raspberry and strawberry filling. Not one had that filling... it was filled with frosting. There was way to much frosting. Oh. My. Goodness! I've literally never seen a bakery like this in my life! The display counter goes on and on, and it's filled... with the most beautiful array of pastries, desserts, and deliciousness that there are no words to describe it. Then, when youfinally pick something (which will be one of the greatest challenges of your life!) you'll eat something so yummy you won'tbelieve your taste buds. I ordered the vanilla and chocolate-raspberry pettifors, several kinds of Cannilo, and almond pastecookies (some of every kind). While everything was wonderful, the almond paste cookies were beyond amazing... so, I went backthe next day to buy a dozen more for my mom. Read more
