I have been following Chef V for years and doing the juices and recipes. Lately, I did the cleanse! It?s the best thing you can... put in your mouth! I saw that I was over 200 lbs this year so I ordered 2 5-day cleanses and I lost 15 lbs. I?ve lost 25 lbssince I started. The green drink was the worst thing I ever drank in my life BUT WHY is it that days after my cleanse is done I am still drinking... it?! LOL The first day was so hard for me but in hindsight I must have really had a lot going on in my tummy. I thought that theprotein shake and the green juice were a punishment. By the the second day I was having a bad day but could tolerate the dietmore. Third day I woke up feeling better than I have in years. It's been a couple days after my cleanse and I have actuallycontinued to feel good and keep the weight off! My cleanse arrived when expected which was great! I followed the guidelines to prepare for two full days before I started and... didn?t touch coffee or alcohol for even a few days before that. I began the cleanse- I expected it to taste not so great and bepretty hungry throughout the day- although the soups were okay and filling. About an hour after the soup I had extreme detoxsymptoms and started throwing up. The next morning tried again and after the first drink it was horrific. I was supposed to receive my 5 day cleanse order Tuesday 2/15, per the email Chef V sent- It is Thursday 2/17 and I still have... yet to see my order. When you call it goes straight to voicemail, which is full so you can't even leave a message. The recordingsays the fastest way to reach them is to email them- No response. I would love to hear back from the business as to what isgoing on. At this point I'm ready to call my CC company and have them remove the charge. Read more
