This was my first visit to this particular restaurant-usually go to the Sharonville location-but stopped in on advice from... spouse. The server put in one food item incorrectly (we received pepperoni rondos instead of spinach) so we had to wait for itto be remade. In the meantime I suppose our pizza was sitting around, waiting for the appetizer to be corrected because it wasbrought out and not hot at all!! The taste was off and even the spinach rondos were nasty. They used way too much garlic oil sothey were served soaking in it and were very messy to eat and the flavor just wasn't there. Our server, though nice, did notcheck on our needs for drink refills and by the time he did, we were pretty much done eating. Not sure if the young staff knewwhat they were doing! I came into this LaRoses tonight exhausted and hungry from working all day. I was super pleased with everything from the wait... time to my waitress, to the meal. My waitress Julisa was outstanding! She needs a raise immediately!! She's kind, helpful, andpays close attention to her tables. From getting me a refill before I ask to just being visible when I need help. Wow! Large, clean dining room and our server was great. A classic Cincinnati favorite pizza chain. I love their calzones. My friend... tried the new pizza bowl that is crust-free and low carb. She said it was good, but that the portion was small and her pre-teenson would need at least 2 for a meal. Read more
They do not deliver to us, an 8 mile drive. Food was cold by the time I got home. I arrived at drive in window 1 min before... pick up time.6:56 pm I was told not ready and pull over there. I waited until 7:14 for my food. The server apologized due tobeing too busy at the window, they are giving everyone else their food. So there is no priorty on people getting their food. Read more
