UPDATE Just went into too grab a order and they are not wearing any hair nets. So clearly they don?t care. (8-13-2022) Was with... my friend and he ordered Smash Burger for everyone. When I grabbed some fries out there was a long, red, curly hair wrappedaround several fries. I threw everything away. I know it?s mostly kids that work there, but it?s Ohio law that your hair must bekept in either nets or put up in hats so it CANNOT get into customers food. Tenders juicy. Fries were not a hit. Soggy to quick and cold. Nobody Likes A Cold Tator!!! The sauces could use an upgrade. The... same ranch an bbq sauce don't hit like it used to. Food was excellent but we came on a very busy day and waited 30 minutes for our food. The issue was our food was charged... incorrectly as they had a special they didn?t honor. When I asked the cashier why he didn?t give me the price he said because Ididn?t ask for the deal. Retraining this employs is probably in the best interest of the company if they don?t want to losecustomers. When they walked our food out I asked to speak to the manager. She came out and I explained what had happened and theemployee who took our order didn?t even offer to fix the price. She was very friendly and fixed it right away. Read more
