I arrived at the Chesco Health Dept.'s Kennett Square location for my 2nd COVID-19 vaccination on the day and time as... instructed, with all the information and documentation required. My records were apparently misplaced and, as the staff therewere unable to locate them, I was compelled to wait...and wait...and wait, while answering the same questions over and overagain. I was then told that I'd simply have to re-register before I could receive my vaccination. Considering the difficulty Iexperienced the first time I registered, I was understandably annoyed. When I voiced my frustration, I was rudely and ratherembarrassingly dismissed and escorted from the premises by security. I am posting this to complain about the Chesco HealthDepartment's demonstrably poor performance during this pandemic in general and Ms. Luz Carzon's rude and dismissive behavior inparticular while supervising the Kennett Square operation. I can't help but believe that her bullying, tyrannical behaviorstowards me was her way of trying to compensate for her own incompetence. I am a retired RN with decades of experience incommunity health care. Had I, in the course of my career, ever displayed such disorganization as well as such cavalierdisregard for a patient's welfare...A WALL would have fallen on me! Read more
